The smoked pepper spice blend is mad from whole peppercorns lightly smoked, then crushed and finely grounded. The addition of organic raw sugar and sea salt lends it a crunchy texture that promotes caramlisation of food while giving a slightly smoky taste.
Try it in differents meals: ribs, beef, grilled tofu, vegetables and legume, trout and salmon, pork, chicken wings, shrimp and corn on the cob.
Here we love it to add a special touch to a honey mustard salmon dish.
Ingredients
Smoked pepper, sea salt, smoked paprika, cumin, allspice, organic cane sugar, oregano, herbs and spices. (Contains no preservatives, garlic, onions or dehydrated vegetables).
