The Jaguara farm attaches great importance to sustainable practices as well as to the environmental and social benefits for its workers.
It invests more and more each year to improve the aromatic profile of each batch.
The intense flavor and balanced nature of this batch made it stand out as a coffee with a good body and easy to tame which makes it very versatile.
As far as we are concerned, we want to make a good round espresso while keeping its complex aspect. This is the first time that we will have a natural process espresso at KOHI and we are very excited about it. This process gives the grain the whole aromatic structure of the cherry and the result can benefit from it in many ways.
