A descendant of a long line of innkeepers, Anne-Virginie Schmidt co-founded Les Miels d’Anicet, an apiary located in Ferme-Neuve in the Upper Laurentians, as well as the canteen Pollens & Nectars.
MIELS is the result of 25 years of experimentation alongside her team at the honey farm, her kitchen brigade, and fellow chef friends — all passionate, like her, about a seasonal and convivial cuisine that celebrates honey.
