Pollens & Nectars Canteen
A honeyed table d’hôte in the heart of a blooming valley
This year, Pollens & Nectars Canteen returns with a reimagined experience — one that keeps the festive, floral, and countryside charm of last season, while giving you more freedom and indulgence with the menu.
After the great enthusiasm sparked by our cabaret picnic concept last summer, we took the time to reflect and listen. Many of you told us just how much you missed the simple joy of choosing your own meal… and we hear you!
We look forward to welcoming you from June 19 to August 23, Thursday to Saturday, for lunch or dinner service!
Our proposal
Introducing the individual table d’hôte!
Now in a table d’hôte format, each guest can create their own feast from a curated selection of seasonal starters, main courses (yes, our wood-fired pizza is still holding strong), and of course, honey-laced desserts.
As always, our menu will evolve with the weeks, inspired by garden harvests, local producers’ bounty, and the creativity of our new chef-in-residence.
Gather under the pavilion and enjoy a heartfelt meal, in good company, to the hum of bees and the whisper of summer.
To pair with your feast, we also offer a lovely selection of cocktails, wines, and refreshing beverages to quench your thirst.

Terms of Purchase
Reservations are non-refundable, as seating is limited and menus are prepared based on the expected number of guests.
However, you may reschedule your reservation at no additional cost up to 48 hours before your scheduled date, directly via your confirmation text or email, depending on your preference.
Is a reservation required?
Reservations are required, as seating is limited and portions are prepared based on the number of expected guests.
Our philosophy is based on using raw, fresh ingredients from the week’s harvest, carefully prepared by our team — from pizza dough to desserts, including smoked fish. This approach requires meticulous planning, which is only possible if we know the number of reservations in advance.
If your desired date is unavailable, we encourage you to join our waiting list, which will maximize your chances of securing a reservation if a spot becomes available. We respect the order of requests (first reserved, first contacted!)
We also promise that if spots open up during certain weeks, we will announce them on our social media channels.

How can we make a reservation if we are a group?
A group menu priced at $75 per person is required for groups of 9 to 12 people.
For groups of 9 people or more, please contact us BY EMAIL indicating the date, number of people and desired time at: [email protected]
A single payment must be made to secure the reservation. A payment link will be sent to you by our group reservation coordinator.
We are a group of four friends wanting to dine at the same table. Should we make the reservation together?
Yes! To guarantee you’ll be seated at the same table, all tickets must be purchased in a single transaction. We need to know the groupings in advance when making the reservation.
Can I reserve more than one table?
Our reservation system allows bookings for up to 8 people.
For groups of 9 people or more, please contact us BY EMAIL indicating the date, number of people and desired time at: [email protected]
Emails will be processed in the order they are received. Please note, we do not accept groups larger than 12 people.
How can I add people to my reservation?
Since tables are assigned to each reservation, please contact us to check if it’s possible to make changes and add someone to your table.
Maximum of 8 people per table. For larger groups, please reach out to us.
If I attempt to change my reservation to a later date and there is no availability, what happens next?
In case of an unforeseen circumstance, it is your responsibility to find another available date or a replacement for your reservation. We recommend checking the reservation site regularly throughout the season, as spots often become available during the summer. For force majeure cases, please contact us.
Is it possible to join a waiting list?
On our reservation system, after selecting a date, you will see the option to ”join the waiting list” if no time slots are available.
You will be contacted if a spot becomes available.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
YOU CANNOT BRING YOUR OWN ALCOHOL DUE TO OUR RESTAURANT LICENSE.
Alcohol is not included in the purchase price. On-site, our team can guide you in adding cocktails, wines, and beverages.
Is it possible to come just for a cocktail?
Yes! Since we have a restaurant license, you must order a small snack from the “daily bites” menu in order to have a drink.
Until what time can we stay on the premises?
Until sunset (and it’s worth it!)
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, you can bring your dog, but it must be on a leash and only in the outdoor areas.
However, please keep in mind that there are many visitors on-site, so this may make your pet nervous.
