Buriram is the story of a friendship born from a shared passion for Thai-Khmer cuisine. Co-founders Nongyao Truadmakkha and Linda Cheng, originally from Buriram (Thailand) and Battambang (Cambodia) respectively—two cities with culinary roots due to their geographical proximity—wanted to share with the world the richness of the flavors found in the Thai-Khmer dishes prepared by their parents.
