Honey wine Blizz

A family-run business that has been producing honey wines here on the farm for over 40 years. Led by Naline Desrochers, the owner’s sister, and her partner Géraud since 2008. Together, they craft honey wines that highlight the different vintages of Miels d’Anicet.

Semi-dry honey wine. Our “grape variety” is a floral and herbal linden honey, typical of the Hautes-Laurentides in mid-July.
