A family business that has been crafting honey wines here on the farm for over 40 years. Led by Naline Desrochers, the owner’s sister, and her partner Géraud since 2008, they work together to create honey wines that highlight the different vintages of Miels d’Anicet.
The red currant, a small and relatively little-known tart berry, brings liveliness and a silky texture reminiscent of red currant jelly, while the raspberry adds its nobility to perfectly balance this delightfully summery Beezz!
