Jam Wild blueberry

Crafted in Vieux Sainte-Rose, Laval, with the delicious Summer Honey from Miels d’Anicet.

With a more liquid texture (blueberries contain little pectin), it can be used as a coulis: to mix with sweet preparations or to top a cheesecake for example, on ice cream, yogurt or even in a sauce for accompany a piece of game… or simply on a nice piece of buttered baguette (it runs a little on the fingers, but we like it!)
