Cuvée de la Diable is a top-of-the-range sweet honey wine, aged 3 years in oak barrels, produced using traditional methods at the foot of the Montagne du Diable.
Aging 6 to 12 months in stainless steel vats,
Aging 3 to 6 years in oak barrels, without topping.
ALCOHOL CONTENT 14% alc./vol.
TYPE OF HONEY | Made from raw spring, autumn and buckwheat honey (Miels d’Anicet).
Aromas
Refined, fruity, subtly spicy.
Agreements
Foie gras,
Ripened, aged or blue-veined cheeses,
Dessert apple, pear, maple, caramel,
Chocolate.
Serve at 10-14°C.
