Mead Black Beezz

A family-run business that has been producing mead here on the farm for over 40 years. Led by Naline Desrochers, the owner’s sister, and her partner Géraud since 2008. Together, they craft meads that highlight the different vintages of Miels d’Anicet.

Sparkling honey wine – Collaboration with Sot-de-l’Ange. The idea is to offer the finest version of buckwheat honey, just as a winemaker would with their favorite grape variety!
