Taste description
Harvested at the end of July, with a fine and delicate taste, summer honey is truly a floral explosion in taste. Made mainly from clover, linden, brassicas and wild rasberry blossoms, it’s also made from a multitude of wild flowers, abundant in the Upper Laurentians in July. A fresh and minty taste originating from the linden’s nectar is also noticeable.
Divinely creamy, it offers a truly floral explosion in mouth.
Creamed honey is made from a classic honey which is simply whipped to give it a creamy texture.
