Second cuvée resulting from the exploration of the nordicity of the territory, in collaboration with John Winter Russell from Candide. It is the idea of ​​highlighting bilberry, a typical wild berry with an intense floral profile, of finding the harmony with raw honey. A composed bouquet carries us towards adventure accompanied by a beautiful silky texture.

Cold maceration of cranberries — 3 weeks
Inoculation with an active must of Beezz Rosé (raspberries)
Natural barrel fermentation – 3 weeks
Barrel aging – 8 months
Aging in bottle – 6 months
