Important information
Pollens & Nectars Canteen offers a fixed menu crafted by our chef Jonathan Boerboom, changing with the seasonal harvests from the gardens. It’s a friendly cuisine developed in tune with the seasons to highlight the freshness of locally produced ingredients. The chef-producer relationship is one of the keys to agricultural sustainability, where guests discover the culinary potential of the region and farmers can build a future by cultivating their land in a sustainable and thoughtful way.
A lovely selection of cocktails, wines, and beverages will also be offered to quench your thirst. Everything you need to relax and enjoy the moment is here!
In the pavilion or in the fields?
It’s your choice; you can make the selection at the time of booking.
A table inside the pavilion allows you to relax without worrying about the weather; however, the table is reserved for you for 2 hours. There’s nothing stopping you from enjoying the outdoors afterward.
The outdoor tables are free seating, meaning you can choose your dream spot and enjoy it for as long as you like.
In case of rain, for those who have chosen the outdoor space, we have umbrellas; we will also try to accommodate you inside as much as possible, or a take-home option will be offered.
