Miels d'Anicet

This project was launched in the summer of 2012 in an apartment in the Saint-Jean-Baptiste neighborhood of Quebec, at a time when few artisanal vinegars showcased a Quebec identity. The company is dedicated to creating vinegars made from local ingredients, reflecting the terroir and climate of the region. By incorporating elements such as maple syrup, diverse honeys, and northern berries, these vinegars provide an authentic experience. Production later moved to Saint-Pierre-de-Broughton, where the cultivation of raw materials was added to the manufacturing process, further reinforcing the commitment to quality and authenticity in the products.
