Api Culture Hautes-Laurentides Inc. operates the website mielsdanicet.com. The use of the site is governed by the terms and conditions set forth below.

ONLINE ORDERS

Our team processes your online order within 48 to 72 business hours.

However, please expect a longer delivery time for remote areas or outside of Quebec. Api Culture Hautes-Laurentides cannot be held responsible for excessive delivery delays caused by carriers (Canada Post, FedEx, etc.). An estimated time of 2 to 12 weeks is required for international orders.

We take care to pack your order carefully to ensure that your products arrive at your door in pristine condition. However, we are unable to control the temperature and handling between shipping and delivery.

 

SHIPPING

Error in address entry by the customer

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter a valid and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an error occurs in the entered address, any additional fees for packages returned by Canada Post will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Pick-up

The pick-up service is available during our office hours. When processing your order, you can select the “in-store pick-up” option to collect your order directly at the farm.

 

Delivery by Canada Post – Expedited Parcel

Orders placed on our website with a delivery area outside the Ferme-Neuve or Mont-Laurier region are shipped via Canada Post, using expedited parcel service, within 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your package. Each year, we work to secure the best possible shipping rates for you. Our contract with Canada Post provides you with the lowest rates in the “expedited parcel” category rather than standard delivery.

Remote regions of Canada

Customers from remote regions of Canada are welcome on mielsdanicet.com. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and your location. The cost calculator will show you the associated price when confirming your order. Delivery times depend on your location and can take up to 8 business days under normal circumstances.

**Holiday season**

Due to the increased use of postal services during the holiday season, delivery times may be longer during this period. Under no circumstances can Api Culture Hautes-Laurentides Inc. be held responsible for later delivery dates.

 

Shipping fees

Shipping fees cover the costs of preparation, packaging, and postage for the parcel. The fees are calculated based on the delivery address, weight, and dimensions of the package. Under no circumstances can a customer combine multiple orders to benefit from reduced shipping fees.

Promotions related to free shipping fees may be modified or canceled at any time. Only delivery addresses in Quebec are eligible for these promotions.

These promotions apply only to orders placed online.

 

Maximum weight

The maximum weight of any package delivered by Api Culture Hautes-Laurentides Inc. is 20 kg.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Upon receiving your package, please check the merchandise and notify us within 48 hours of receipt to inform us of any incorrect item or product that arrived in poor condition. Please send us a supporting photo to the email address [email protected].

No return of items is allowed without prior authorization from Api Culture Hautes-Laurentides Inc. within 5 business days following the receipt of the order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be returned to Api Culture Hautes-Laurentides within 20 days of receipt of the order. Products must be intact and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products cannot be returned.

 

Defective products

If the ordered products are defective or do not meet quality standards, the products will be refunded. Please note that we have made every effort to accurately display the colors of the products on mielsdanicet.com. However, we cannot guarantee that the color representation on your computer screen is accurate.

 

Order issue

No returns can be made for mistakes made by you at the time of purchase on the mielsdanicet.com site. If there was an error during the order preparation and the products received do not match those ordered, please write to us at [email protected] or contact us at 819-587-4825 within 5 business days of receiving the order.

 

TRANSACTIONS ON THE SITE

Api Culture Hautes-Laurentides inc. reserves the right to refuse any order placed on mielsdanicet.com. At our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased by person, household, or order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders with the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event of a modification or cancellation of an order, we will contact you via email and/or at the billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was placed. Api Culture Hautes-Laurentides inc. reserves the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to have been placed by merchants, resellers, or distributors.

 

Payment

Orders placed on the mielsdanicet.com website must be paid by credit card before the shipment of the package. We only accept VISA and MASTERCARD cards.

 

Price

The prices displayed on the mielsdanicet.com website are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping fees. The price is payable in full and in a single payment at the time of ordering. All orders must be paid in Canadian dollars. Prices on the mielsdanicet.com website may vary from prices at the Miels d’Anicet store located at 111 rang 2 Gravel, Ferme-Neuve, Quebec.

 

Taxes

The sales taxes charged depend on the items added to the cart and the destination of the order, meaning the location where the order will be delivered.

 

International packages

For any delivery outside of Canada, any customs fees and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that the exchange rates applied are those in effect on the day of the order. Api Culture Hautes Laurentides Inc and mielsdanicet.com are not able to provide estimates regarding customs duties, and the customer should check with their local customs office themselves.

 

Lost package

If your package was lost during shipping, please notify us by email or phone at 819 587-4825 within 10 business days from the order date. When a package is lost, our team quickly follows up with Canada Post. Canada Post has a response time of 10 business days from the date of the claim to determine if the package has been found or is truly lost. After the tenth day, if the package is still lost, we will either resend the products for free or refund your order, at your choice. You will be kept informed throughout the process by our customer service.

 

BREAKAGES AND RETURNS

Items damaged during shipping

Api Culture Hautes-Laurentides ensures that items are shipped in a condition consistent with the product offered on mielsdanicet.com and takes care to package items adequately to avoid damage during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please send us an email or call 819-587-4825 within 5 business days of receiving the package. In the case of a damaged product, Miels d’Anicet commits to refunding the value of the damaged item and taxes (if applicable). In the case of a return of products, a new package will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days.

 

Cancellation or modification of an order

To cancel or modify an ongoing order, please send us an email or call customer service at 819 587-4825. If the package has not been shipped, the order amount can be refunded or modified. If your order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to obtain a refund for the shipped products.

 

Promotions

Promotions on the mielsdanicet.com site may be governed by terms that differ from these sales terms. Promotions can be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.

 

Availability of items

Api Culture Hautes-Laurentides inc. does not guarantee the availability of products offered on the mielsdanicet.com website. If it is unable to deliver any of the ordered products due to a stock shortage, the customer will be notified by email with the following options:

– Maintain the order and receive it when the product(s) become available
– Cancel the order and receive a partial or full refund for the unavailable products
Api Culture Hautes-Laurentides inc. cannot be held responsible for any damage suffered due to a stock shortage.

 

Dispute resolution

Given the high cost of litigation, both in terms of money and the time and energy involved, Api Culture Hautes-Laurentides Inc. and you agree to the following dispute resolution procedure: Except as prohibited by applicable law, in the event of any dispute, claim, action, or disagreement arising from or related to a transaction made on mielsdanicet.com, or regarding the violation, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of this Agreement or any part thereof (“Dispute”), the party claiming the Dispute must first attempt to resolve it in good faith by sending a written notice to the other party (by special or registered mail), describing the facts and circumstances (including any relevant documentation) of the Dispute and allowing the recipient thirty (30) days to respond or resolve the Dispute.

A notice must be sent to :

(2) to you: at your last billing address or the billing and/or shipping address listed on your online profile.

To the extent permitted by law, Api Culture Hautes-Laurentides inc. and you agree that this dispute resolution procedure is a prerequisite that must be fulfilled before initiating any litigation or filing a claim against the other party.

 

Legislation and jurisdiction

To the extent permitted by law this Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada without regard to conflicts of law provisions

 

General terms

The waiver of any provision of the Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any other provision or of Api Culture Hautes-Laurentides inc.’s right to require strict compliance with each of the terms hereof. If any provision of the Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, that provision may be severed and all other provisions shall remain in effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Api Culture Hautes-Laurentides and you regarding your use of the site.

Api Culture Hautes-Laurentides may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement. The Agreement shall inure to the benefit of the successors assigns and authorized persons of Api Culture Hautes-Laurentides inc.

 

Termination

These terms are in effect until they are terminated by you or by Api Culture Hautes-Laurentides inc. Api Culture Hautes-Laurentides inc. may also terminate this Agreement at any time and without notice and therefore deny you access to the Site if in our sole opinion you do not comply with the terms or provisions of the Agreement. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date survive the termination of this Agreement for all intents and purposes.

 

Limitation of liability

The website mielsdanicet.com and its elements are provided as is without any warranty either implied or explicit. Api Culture Hautes Laurentides inc., its affiliated companies, its directors, employees, representatives, or agents shall not be liable in any way for any damages directly or indirectly related to the use of the website mielsdanicet.com. The content of the website mielsdanicet.com including text, graphics, and images is for informational and educational purposes only. The content of the website cannot in any way substitute for professional medical diagnosis or advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before undertaking any treatment.

 

Restrictions on use
