Honey wine Or la loi

A family-run business that has been producing honey wines  here on the farm for over 40 years. Led by Naline Desrochers, the owner’s sister, and her partner Géraud since 2008. Together, they craft honey wines that highlight the different vintages of Miels d’Anicet.

Nordic honey wine, crafted by the cold. A sweet, cryoconcentrated honey wine. Cold concentration between -15 °C and -30 °C of Cuvée de la Diable after three years of aging in barrels.
