A family business crafting honey wines right here on the farm for over 40 years. Led by Naline Desrochers, sister of the owner, and her partner Géraud since 2008, they create honey wines that highlight the unique vintages of Miels d’Anicet.
Honey wines are a delightful treat! “Passage” is a blend of the last “Cuvée de la Diable” fermented by Claude and Marie-Claude (2007) and the first bottled by Naline and Géraud (2008), aged in a single barrel for 14 years. “Alinéa,” on the other hand, is made exclusively from spring honey from 2016, aged in a single barrel for 5 years. Both offer unique flavor profiles!
