Natural spritzer since the sparkling water traditionally added to finish this cocktail is replaced by a natural foam and the water is already part of the initial honey must.
TYPE OF HONEY: Summer honey, organic raw honey (Miels d’Anicet)
INGREDIENTS: Organic haskaps (Ferme Wilsamat, Ferme-Neuve), Blackcurrant (Domaine des Hauts-Bois)
