Our first harvest of honey presents beautiful notes of wild berries, cherry trees and other flowers. Tasty taste of green apple and beeswax with a side of barley sugar!

Description of taste

With a very fine and delicate taste, summer honey is a real floral explosion in the mouth. Coming mainly from the flowering of white clover, linden, brassicas and raspberries, it is also made up of a multitude of wild flowers which adorn the Hautes-Laurentides during the month of July. At times, we also perceive an invigorating and minty freshness taking its origins from the nectar of the lime tree. The harvest is sometimes also made with part honeydew, making it a slightly darker color with a slight caramelized taste.

Absolutely delectable, we also perceive floral and delicate notes. It goes wonderfully with yogurt, cheese, morning toast or any good homemade recipe that calls for sweetness.

Classic / Liquid

Store your jar of honey in a cupboard, away from light, even if it has been opened. As honey has natural antibiotics, it is a very stable food. After a while it can have transformations (phase transformations). If it was liquid, the honey can become more solid. The appearance will change, the taste may alter. We will therefore no longer have the same taste with honey that has been opened for a very long time, however it is still “consumable”.


Honey keeps forever! We recommend consuming it within 2 years of harvest. Like any food, honey is a commodity whose nutrients it is essential to preserve.
