Ingredients
- 300 g (10 oz) of propolis
1 liter (4 cups) of 70% alcohol
Preparation steps
- Place the propolis in the freezer for about 1 hour to harden it.
- Grind the hardened propolis using a coffee grinder.
- Pour the obtained powder into an opaque, airtight container.
- Add the alcohol, close the container, and let it macerate for 1 month away from light, shaking the mixture once a day.
- Strain the mixture through a coffee filter and store the resulting liquid in an opaque bottle.
