Ingredients

  • 300 g (10 oz) of propolis
    1 liter (4 cups) of 70% alcohol

Preparation steps

  1. Place the propolis in the freezer for about 1 hour to harden it.
  2. Grind the hardened propolis using a coffee grinder.
  3. Pour the obtained powder into an opaque, airtight container.
  4. Add the alcohol, close the container, and let it macerate for 1 month away from light, shaking the mixture once a day.
  5. Strain the mixture through a coffee filter and store the resulting liquid in an opaque bottle.
