Made from wild mint honey, its subtle and delicate aromas express great complexity. Delicious as an aperitif, it will delight your guests with fish and seafood, oysters, grilled lamb and white meats.
Slow cold maceration of water and honey. Natural fermentation on pollen sourdough, partially in oak casks. Aging on fine lees in stainless steel vats for 12 to 18 months.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12% alc./vol.
TYPE OF HONEY: Made from raw organic linden honey (Miels d’Anicet).
Fresh aromas of white grapefruit and mint
- Crunchy salads
- Fresh goat or sheep cheese
Serve at 6-10°C, like a white wine.
