Harvested and vinified all separately, here is a first harvest of Noiret and Blaufränkisch which are added to Marquette and Dornfelder. A simply perfect combination between hybrids and viniferas, Cap à l’est is a vintage that pays homage to the Eastern European wines that we love so much.
- Aging for 8 months in barrels
- Vatting for 15 days in stainless steel vats without punching down or pumping over
- Bottled as usual without fining or filtration
- Sulfur-free
