It’s important to mention that this 500 g spring honey from the 2024 harvest remains just as delicious and of the same high quality.

Reason for the discount:
We’re offering it at 20% off because we had to manually cross out the organic certification on the label.

Why do this?
Quite simply, out of concern for avoiding unnecessary waste of our labels.

What is raw honey?
Raw honey is harvested and jarred without heating or filtration, allowing it to retain traces of pollen, propolis, and beeswax. It offers a tasting experience that transports you to the heart of the hive, letting you enjoy the pure flavor of the honeycomb and all its natural aromas.
At the time of harvest, raw honey is liquid, but after a few weeks it naturally crystallizes evenly. It’s meant to be consumed this way, as crystallization helps preserve all its qualities.

Storage advice for raw honey

Honey keeps indefinitely! However, we recommend enjoying it within two years of harvest for optimal flavor.

Crystallized honey is sensitive to high temperatures (above 25°C / 77°F), which can cause its crystalline structure to break down (separation). It’s best stored in a cool place, ideally below 20°C / 68°F.
