METHOD
• Marc in maceration with several delestages during fermentation • Spontaneous fermentation — 8 weeks
• Aging in barrels — 5 months
• Natural foaming and refining in vats — 9 months
DESCRIPTION
Lively and unctuous. Notes of blond tobacco and hazelnut.
