INGREDIENTS 

Water, spring honey, marc de Frontenac Gamaret, honey wine lees

METHOD
• Marc in maceration with several delestages during fermentation • Spontaneous fermentation — 4 weeks
• Aging in barrels — 7 months
• Natural foaming and refining in vats — 9 months

DESCRIPTION 

Lively and crystalline. Star fruit and dandelion notes.
